How (not) to convince me to pay for your service .

We all use Saas, is inevitable, faster and convenient and you don't need to buy the whole cow for a glass of milk. Great !
These online services are usually startups that try to prove themselves, grow and survive therefore they need to prove their business model.  They work really hard on a product that is supposed to make the world a better place or at least make our lives easier in a specific field.

The problem is that they try to cash on their proposal way too early, causing immediate disappointment not because of the need to pay but usually because the amount asked does not match the benefit... unlike say use Google Suite for small business for a few years for free and then asked to pay $5/mo per mailbox makes perfect sense.
